Is it just my browser, or are others having trouble with the smilies? I'm not seeing the smile

or those cute devil faces veryevil or evil. In fact, if I put in the smilies, I just get a blank! Here goes:

I see them in my editing window but not on the posted message or in the preview.

If anyone else is having this problem, please tell, and someone, please explain what's happening!

I've been having the same problem with <evil> and <veryevil> It's really annoying.

But the smiley faces are working fine for me otherwise.

I use Firefox and just tried internet explorer. I still don't get the evil and very evil smilies and also I don't get this one

on both browsers.

Please give us back the little devils! I miss them.
