Did you guys noticed that?
All these wierd looking(yeah i know its chinese) characters appearing as Thread Topic. And all these wierd self introduction in inappropriate forums. And all those SPAMs(i rule we rule thingy).
What with all these!!! It has gotten rather irritating. And notced something? It seems to come from newly registered members. And TEND to come from certain place.

Anyone can do something about it? Or suggest something the moderators can do?
