What's up to HeadAmp??

Hello everybody..

Is it normal to wait for 1 week to get reply from Headamp?

At first, I asked some questions about GS-X and got replies after 1 week.

I ordred GS-X and wrote a mail that I wanted 220V version.
He replied me after 1 week.

Then, one month passed, I asked him when will it be shipped.
No answer for 2 days.

What's up to HeadAmp? Should I have more patience?
Everybody in Head-fi have same experience like me?

Not unusual at all. Many of the companies that we deal with are smaller niche market concerns that operate with a minimal staff....if any STAFF at all! And we keep the better ones; like Justin, pretty busy just building us our stuff!

EDIT: Oops; I see you got your answer!

HeadAmp is a one (1) man show, and I am sure Justin answer you as soon as he can. He might be quite busy building/designing amplifiers though...

I concur. Of the +/- 6 emails I have sent in the past 4 months I have received one reply - it was about changing the volume knob (possibly to a different color finish). I followed it up asking what that would cost.....silence so far....but being a 1-man show I can sort of understand the delay (if not lack of) communications.
