ahah I have the first Jam and it only has 3 watts. Anyways guys I've found what I'm looking for. The Azatom Droid, it's lik the Jam speaker but has 10 watts and is made in UK.

How about a vibration speaker?, you can attach it to the glass/barrier on the outer side of the shower.
