for many Audiophiles, we all love the time and money spent on our very expensive equipment.

i do know that Headphones are among what we all buy in our Audiophile setups.
But i am seeking into making a Home Rig; but what do i need?

I am still doing research on DACs, Amps, and such. But i cant understand it.

You can list your personal Home Audiophile setups below, to give some inspiration on what i am trying to figure out to start out my Home rig.

i intend on having a iPod Classic 5.5 gen as one of my source components.
and when i do get a new laptop in the future, i also intend on using that as a Wireless source component

you can list some Recommendations of some equipment below.

erm I think you misunderstand Audiophile as a term. You and most of us are just Audio enthusiasts.

For the Ipod you will need a transport of some kind, and Wireless is easy, its called DNLA or Upnp streaming. many receivers have it, I use TVersity on my pc and a cheapish LG bluray player.

So its (to give an example):
  1. Source: Ipod or wireless receiver (like a blu ray player)
  2. Transport: (Ipod needed only)
  3. DAC: Yulong D18
  4. Preamp/headphone amp: AudioGD Master 8
  5. Power amps: Audio GD or Classe
  6. Speakers: ..... sooo many options, me personally B&W
  7. Proper room, in dimensions and acoustically treated:

So it can get very expensive.
