I missed 10 minutes of lecture when I ordered the HF2s. That was in October when Todd put the few remaining sets up for sale at about 10am PST.

Nothing. My most recent acquisitions have been on the inexpensive side. I got my more expensive (home) stuff many years ago, when I was making more money. I've been happy enough with it that only minor upgrades have been made over time.

I've sold gear that I was sad to part with in order to purchase other items I knew I wanted, but for the most part, if I wanted something, often after hearing it at at meet, I'd start saving up my money bit by bit until I could afford it. My now sold K1000s sat in a sealed box for close to a year until I could find and then afford the amp I wanted. I don't mind waiting if I have a goal, and so far, it's been worth it.

well here's a thing. I got a £60 windfall today and I could have used it to buy an iBasso T3..but oooh no I thought I'd treat the missus to a nintendo DS for christmas instead. so thats like a reverse sacrifice

Many girls dumped me because of my K1000. With my new girl I have buried the K1000 inside a box in a secret location, so far so good.
