anyone care to recommend one?i read somewhere there is this great publius eq for foobar but i couldn't find anything about it,could someone post a link to download it?

Why not as a VST?

There are many to choose from listed @ KVR

http://www.aixcoustic.com/index.php/..._edition/30/0/ (you can use both VST and WInamp edition w/ Foobar).
