What's the best DAC/Amp for the Beyerdynamic DT770 Pro 80 ohm headphones for less than $100?

As the title suggests, I'm looking for a DAC/Amp for these headphones. I'm leaning towards this:
http://www.amazon.com/Fiio-E07K-Portable-Headphone-Amplifier/dp/B00A9LHLQ6/ref=sr_1_1?s=electronics&ie=UTF8&qid=1402549635&sr=1-1&keywords=fiio+e07k

These headphones are great but I know I'm missing out on a lot so I want to get the best DAC/Amp solution (meaning I want a DAC and amp in the same package).

What would be your source (playing music, gaming, watching, out of)? The DAC option of the E07k only works with PC/Mac outputs and the E07k will only function as an amp from a smartphone or DAP (digital audio player, i.e ipod, FiioX3 etc)

I knew I was forgetting something in the original post!

My primary source will be my laptop and Ill hook it up to my iPod sometimes.

If that's the case, and you don't mind NOT having a DAC for the ipod, the E07k is a great choice on a budget. I actually have one strapped to my ipod right now.

It works pretty well outta my laptop too. I say go for it, or save up for a more expensive solution, like the Vamp Verza or a double stack like the Cypher Labs AlgoRythm Duet/AlgoRythm Solo -db.

You can use an AudioQuest Dragonfly if you are just going to hook it up to your computer. http://www.amazon.com/AudioQuest-DragonFly-Digital-Converter-Version/dp/B00882U782/ref=sr_1_28?ie=UTF8&qid=1402803718&sr=8-28&keywords=headphone+amp+dac
