I am tired of dealing with cable replacements for the HD-800, the 702 are nice but just for backup purposes.
I would like to get something competitive to the HD-800's but a little less money or more durable with replacement
cable options. You would think there would be a million headphone reviews on this site, but where are they?????

Personally I think the HD800 is one of if not the best headphone out there and with a little mod they become a bit more pleasing and dynamic.  The cost of the mod is less than $50.
 
What amp/DAC are you using at the moment?
