What's my Citypulse DA7.2x doing?

Right now I have Foobar set to use ASIO with my EMU 0404. Ive got a digital coax going out of my soundcard and into the Citypulse. Is the Citypulse upconverting to 48khz or is it just putting out 44.1khz?
