The thread concept is interesting enough. It's more about outlandish audiophile claims rather than audiophiles in general.

Instead of cable elevators why not just run them through a ring on the wall higher than the terminals on the speaker. That at least reduces strain on the copper core and the terminals.

Reading through that was interesting. I'm sure we all seem pretty crazy, as do some of our claims. I really don't care what other people think about audiophiles or head-fi at all. Some of the claims that they laughed at actually had some merit.
