One of the joys of headphone hifi is hearing something in an old familiar song "for the first time" when you switch up your listening gear ... and then wondering how it is you never noticed it before.

For example I just realized that in the intro section (roughly between the 1:00 and 2:00 marks) of Pink Floyd's song Time, there's a subtle string note in the background playing a counterpoint to the main melody. Can't believe that on a song that's been around for half a century I only just tuned into that.
