hahaha sweet I have that on my iPod shuffle for working out. Lunchbox by Manson is also an awesome song for working out.

My favorite is probably VNV Nation - Kingdom.

Lords of Acid - LSD is good too. NIN - Pilgrimage, Aphex Twin - Fantasia, Add n to X - Robot New York.........I should post my whole list, I work out 3-5 days a week and I am constantly trying to get the best mix.

Besides going to the gym, I hike in the mountains for exercise a lot - I like listening to music while I do it. I like working out to recent prog rock such as the Flower Kings, Transatlantic, etc., mainly becasue they have half-hour-long songs that encompass an entire treadmill session! Kansas is another prog band that is good for exercising.

Also, classical is surprisingly good for working out, especially piano concertos that stay pretty steady in terms of tempo for long stretches.

That and Metallica's Black Album.

"Dont Stop Me Now" - Queen.

Always makes me push myself harder. Also makes me drive a bit faster.
