The best virtual surround I've ever heard remains the Sennheiser GSX 1000 but I have long since moved on to greener pastures when it comes to my computers audio. What would you say is the best virtual surround software currently available for Windows? For gaming rather than music. I know some people will answer none but I am still chasing that out-of-head experience.
