I got new Philips Shp9600. I am ok with most of the sound qualities except the bass - it’s a bit light.
I am not a bass head but I do like a fuller sound. I don’t like bass bleeding through to low-mids and muddying things up.
So what other headphones could I consider ? What are my options ?
I’d like to keep budget under $150 and I am open to used headphones as well.

I'd look at the Sivga SV021. You can also try some EQ on the SHP9600.

Anything similar from Sennhieser , akg, Sony, AT ?
Would Superlux 681 Evo have more bass than the Philips?

The Koss porta pro with yaxi pads to make the comfy would be $55 and give more bass than the 9600.
