What would be better for my setup, 2xRCA extender or new budget 2xRCA cable?

Hi.

I have Wireworld Luna 1.5metre 2xRCA interconnect cable at the moment. Due to certain circumanstances i need to move my stuff around the house in such way, that i will need either brand new cable (budget one tho coz im low on money) that has 7+ metres or i was thinking about buying rca extender and plugging in the wireworld luna into them.

What would be the best choice? I was thinking about Prolink Exclusive as they seem to be somewhat cheap.

7+ meters sounds like a recipe for a lot of interference and noise, depending on what you're routing it through/around. I'd certainly want something shielded for that kind of run, but that doesn't have to be exorbitantly expensive. Look at Hosa for example. Depending on what you're connecting, like if you're going from a digital transport -> DAC -> amp, it may make more sense to move the DAC and amp closer together and rely on longer digital cabling instead.

A 7 meter RCA unbalanced analog interconnect is a long cable. While my first choice for a long cable is the Blue Jeans LC-1, these Blue Jeans pages do describe other good choices.

The first criteria for a long RCA cable is low end-to-end resistance of the shield. (equal to 14AWG)
