What will happen to SQ if I use a hp splitter on SR71a or Mustang P51

I am just curious if I use a 1/8 splitter out of a portable amp like sr71a or the mustang p-51, will the SQ degrade significantly?

Ipod 5g with apple lossless file>Alo sxc LOD>portable amp>1/8 splitter into 2 1/8 connectors>ph (possibly UE10 and ESW10jn etc.
