The HA INFO U2 PLUS is just a USB DAC Amplifier.
The Creative X-Fi HD is a USB DAC Amplifier and sound card.

Where you looking for just 2-channel audio for music?
Or do you want surround sound for movies and games?

Only listen to music on an excellent headphone : AKG K702

Then do not get the Creative, your just paying extra for "sound card" features your not using.
So the HA INFO U2 PLUS is the better bet.

How about the ODAC?

Nice, I would like to try one.
Buy it's only a DAC, not a headphone amplifier.
But some low Ohm headphone do work plugged into a DAC.

Not the ODAC, it has an outputimpedance in the region of a few Kilo-ohms. Not quite the wanted <1 Ohm of a headphone amp

The ODAC does not have a few kΩ of output impedance, only about 400 Ω, 5 kΩ is the minimum load impedance it is intended to be used with. Nevertheless, it is obviously unsuitable for driving headphones directly. Also, the $99 version is only a bare board to be built into the O2. With an enclosure and line out connector, it costs ~$150.

DACs are usually paired with amps, because of impdance issues as stv mentioned.
