What to replace KSC50's with?

I have a pair of KSC50's that have a bit of a rattle developing on anything but very low volume.  Additionally, the foam padding has worn through and is about to fall off each earphone.  I believe that these have a lifetime warranty, so I could send them in but I may not get KSC50s back.  
 
What's out now that you would say are comparable to the KSC50's for value and sound quality?
