there was a user pic a while ago somewhere on here of some beautiful high-end bookshelfs.

im trying to remember who the manufacturer is. i remember that they were italian, and that their flagship models were inspired by violin bodies. the drivers were situated in the broad side of the cabinets(unusual) which were meant to face the listener(sort of like maggies). i think i remember the faces of these floorstanders being slightly curved.

all of their speakers were pretty unusual looking, and IMO the best looking speakers i had ever seen. beautiful woodwork and design.

anyone know what these speakers might have been?

yes, they were the sonus fabers. thanks CC.

wow, the opera lirica look very similar. like their facilities are right across the street from sonus fabers. they also have some very similar stands for their bookshelves. those italians...
