I have narrowed down to the following two cards:
Audiotrak Prodigy HD2 Special Edition Soundcard
http://www.itemaudio.co.uk/prodigy_hd2.html
and :
Cantatis Overture 192
http://www.cantatis.co.uk/index.php?pag=productd&cid=8&pid=15&p=Overture%20192%20High%20Performance%2024-bit%20192kHz%20Audio%20Interface.html
Which one do you think is better?

Neither? Both overpriced for what they are?
You can get prodigy HD2 regular grade B version on ebay directly from manufacture Gyrocom for US70 bucks. And change opamps yourself?
Are you preferring envy24 chips because you have previous experience with it and its driver peculiarities or are you just finding obscure cards with very old IC chip because you like idea of using something uncommon. Or are you extreme audiophile who must get the absolute best regardless of cost and believe these are the ones.

Speaking of obscure cards using envy24, here's one. discontinued PCIE card:

Also, Onkyo makes several card with envy24 chips but you probably know of this already.

I don't know much about electronics, but according to some reviews, these cards do have good sound... (Apparently people compared them to Onkyo and thought they were in another league).

Oh okay. One is heavily modded card and the other is quite unknown, so I don't think you will get a quick reply from people who actually used them. Let alone both to compare. Looks like you're read quite a lot about them. Perhaps, someone will come along who owns one of these and make useful comment soon. I'll be shutting up now. Good luck.
