Alright, I have a Little Dot I+, iBasso D1 DAC, and grado SR80's. What should I upgrade? My price range is around 300 dolllars.
What should I upgrade?

I would scour audiogon for a new dac, there was a EAD DSP7000 for $325. Just make sure you have a way to connect it to your transport (ie computer or cd player). A decent source will make all the difference (at least it did for me).

It has to be something my parents can easily aquire, so it would have to be new. I'm looking for a birthday gift
