I lost the nut off of my Go-Vibe, I ignored it for a while but its really starting to annoy me. I hit up the local hardware shops a few months back and then again recently but with no luck. to My knowlage its this part: (mouser) 502-35RAPC4BH3

I considered just buying an additional jack but last time I ordered these for a cmoy they sent me both jacks without hardware, does anyone know of a different supplier for the hardware I need?

Happy to help.

The datasheet also says the threads are 3.5 mm high, which isn't very much. I'd guess you'd loose about 1 mm to your case wall (which is almost exactly correct if your case is made from 20 gauge steel). That leaves 2.5 mm of threads.

So I think you'll want a thin nut instead of a regular nut. A thin nut might also be called a jam nut. My favorite join (boltdepot.com) doesn't sell 'em, so I'm pressed to tell you where to find one.

If the nut extends past the connector sleeve too far, you'll have problems seating your plug in there.
