So I've kind of gone deep into this hobby. I'd like to hear some suggestions from people on what I should add to my collection.
I'm looking to get 2 more headphones, at least one of them being planar. The HD 6xx and Ether Flow are the top two, Flow replacing the LCD-X and 4 due to cost and what I hear about the weight, and darker sound.
Also interested in another amp and dac, preferably an amp with 1/4 inch and balanced inputs, as well as a dac that goes above 192/24 in case that comes in handy in the future.
My current line-up consists of the Hifiman HE400i, AKG K712 Pro, Fidelio X2 and TH-X00 Purpleheart.
Run with a Creative X7 amp/dac with 4x Sparkos op-amps, and a Little Dot 1+ with Mullard M8100 tubes and the X7 op-amp til the Burson arrives.
