I was watching emeril Live the other week and Doc Gibbs band had these silver ear-clip or streetstyle monitors.... What are those?

Hahaha, I just noticed the other night that they had some dark brown IEMs except for the one drummer that had the silver ear-clip style.... Hmmmmm this makes one hungery.......
