MS1. Use depends on environment, more than genre. See sig for what I'm mostly listening to at the moment. I think even Classical (especially choral, cello, etc.) can sound great with Grados. If you have other phones, you may grab one over the other for different genres, but I think mood is much more important, and there's no category I feel the they fail at.
