What about the Bottlehead Crack or that wouldn't work well with my existing hd598se and akg k612 pro

I'm sure the Bottlehead Crack would work fine with the HD598 and K612 Pro.

Little Dot MKIII should be fine for the HD600, K612 Pro and HD598.

Anything else that should be considered for 250 and under ? I didn't come across much else around that that can run all the headphones right and have RCA in and out

Might find a used Darkvoice 336 tube amp for under $250

Is there anywhere that i could buy one new? i am now reading everything i can find comparing the Little dot mk3 and the Darkvoice 336s.   the little dot has the gains setting so i think it will work with my lower ohm headphones better even being an otl would the darkvoice work as well with them and the little dot?

It might be awhile before Massdrop offers the 336 for sale.
Usual massdrop price is $220, tax/shipping.

Suit yourself. OTL designs are typically optimized for high-impedance like your HD600, not for lower impedance headphones like the HD598. If you want a great amp under $200 that will work well with all your headphones, I stand by my recommendation.

If you're looking seriously at OTL designs, the Schiit Audio Valhalla 2 deserves your consideration. It has a gain switch for use with your lower-impedance headphones. Owned one of those for a while and liked it well enough.
