I'm to be getting a new mp3 player, but a lot of my music is in FLAC only, so I decided to convert to 190kbps VBR mp3's, but Foobar doesn't come with lame.exe itself, so where could I get a complied version? From googling, I've heard 'lame3.97b2' from RareWares being recommended a lot, but RareWares is down, so where can I get a copy of this specific compile/another good compile?

thanks for the quick reply, I couldnt find that anywhere
I got one more question, though. Should I choose to encode it in 16 bit or 24 bit? Will it make much of a big differance? I encoded one album to the default(16 bit)and I don't hear anything, but is there something I might notice later on
