What kind of cable for RCA interconnects?

Just a quick question here- what sort of cable is used for making your own RCA interconnects? I cracked open some Schiit PYST cables and I see there a single wire and then you ground with the shield. I looked through markertek but am not sure what this is called, even better if you know the mogami or Canare name. Thanks!

Surprisingly Mogami doesn't list a good RCA co-ax.
 
But Markertek and Redco have lots of other good cables.
