Hey guys, I was wondering about the different techiques people use for applying flux to their circuits.
I know some use a pen and some use other methods..
What is your technique and what type of solder and flux do you use?

I was using a dropper bottle with a needle tip until I forgot to clean it one day...
Now I use a scrap piece of wire with a drop of flux on the end.

Never used flux normally, unless desoldering. I use a quality eutectic solder, never ever had a cold joint yet.

that fine organic flux cored kester solder you use has quite a high flux content though John

cardas quad or WBT silver mostly, but I also have a pound of wonder solder, some Mundorf silver gold (needs too high heat to be truly useful IMO) and some eichmann stuff. I use cardas flux paste or sometimes liquid kester with applicator. the paste I use one of those very small scoop stick/spatula used in chemistry sets or the tiniest screwdriver I can find. if desoldering I smear it on the braid not the joint and then heat the braid on the area to be wicked up. if making cables its different, I tin the wire with no added flux, then dip the tinned end in the paste and make the joint
