Just rediscovered The Cars after not spending any time listening to them in over 20 years. What's your favorite song by The Cars?
 
I'm torn between the playful "Shake It Up" and the direct honesty of "Just What I Needed."

"Let's Go" is mine, but the first album is great from top to bottom. It's one of the best debut albums of all time.

"Dangerous Type" - the drums on the Mofi version are incredible.

"Magic"
"You Might Think"


I still can't listen to "Just What I Needed" without thinking about Circuit City. I hate it when an awesome song gets ruined by getting associated with a company or product.

Their debut album is the cream of the cream.  Heartbeat City comes close, though.  The other albums have good songs, but some songs could be considered "filler."
