What Is Your Amp History?

Pretty short history compared to many of you:
  1. Earmax Pro
  2. Headroom Max[/list=1]

All my amps must have the word 'max' in the name.

HAte to derail this thread a little, but can anyone give a short reply as to how a Melos Gold Reference would compare to a Berning MicroZOTL?? They both sound like they are really good amps, but is there a big difference between them??

Thanks!

Serving..
Do a search, and you'll find a thread with my thoughts on the ZOTL vs. the Gold. Bottom line, i liked the Melos Gold better (but not by a mile). Afterward, I replaced the Gold with my current Maestro. I think it would be no contest between Maestro and ZOTL. Cheers.

Thanks Mark!!! WIJGalt had the upgrade done by MAR, but was it the same as the one you had done?? It was the $400 or so Reference upgrade listed on their site, right??
