What is tuberolling?

It is swapping out the various tubes in an amp to change the sonic characteristics. Some do it out of necessity, some out of addiction.

(No, I did not mention Hirsch by name, or Tuberoller, or Nick Dangerous.....)

What is your opinion on Telefunkens, JJ Teslers besides sounding alike?

First you need a big hill that is really flat.....

J/K - it's called rolling due to the action it takes of rocking the tube slightly to remove it. Makes them come out more easily. If you try to pull it straight out it is much more difficult and can damage solder runs on the circuit boards.

Then you grab tuberoller our resident head-fi member and make him roll down the hill. Remember to steal his z06 while he's rolling.
