Sorry, but that reference to Sparkfun is not the same. That headphone is using a smaller board that has screw ears. Also, the jack in the headphone is two-pole, with an option to feed from the bottom or the top.
The Sparkfun jack and PCB are 5-pole. There is a Ground, Right, Left, and Right switched, Left switched.
How to get that board?
1. Contact the headphone mfr for the spare part.
2. Make your own.
a. Find a similarly sized two-pole (3.5mm?) PCB jack.
b. Measure the existing board exactly, including the dimensions of the screw mounting holes.
c. Use software to design the PCB.
d. Log-in to OSHPark and have the PCB made.
