I'm looking to upgrade my current setup of a pair of HD 700s and a Schiit Bifrost Uber and Asgard 2 combo.
 
What sort of setup should I be considering with a budget of around £1,500/$2,300?
 
Ideally, I'm looking for something with similar characteristics in terms of sound-stage but with less of a treble spike.
 
If there is anything that fits these characteristics but also has more bass I'd be willing to go up to around £1650-£1700 ($2,550-$2,650).
