What do you think is the greatest Single of all time? When you place your comment below, please consider BOTH the A and B side of the single.

My vote is.....

The Beach Boys: Wouldn't it Be Nice / God Only Knows.....

However The Beatles' Hey Jude / Revolution was a close second.

Well, I wouldn't consider this the greatest but it's probably the best that I own:

Prince - Let's Go Crazy/Erotic City

God Save the Queen by The Sex Pistols.

Changed my life.

In my collection, probably Marvin Gaye's "What's Going On".

Hey Jude/Revolution gets a close second.

As difficult as it is to NOT say "Hey Jude / Revolution"...

Don McLean - "American Pie"

There are LOTS of not-so-great folks in the music business. We're picking the greatest single (45), not father of the year. K??

Hound Dog / Don't Be Cruel

Hound Dog/ They Call Me Big Mama
Don't Be Cruel was the B side of the inferior Elvis single. Willie May(Big Mama) Thornton recorded the 1st and much better version in 1952.
