What is the difference between 10,000-22000 Hz and 10,000-20,000 Hz?

All things being equal, there is no audible difference. The average human hearing range is 20-20,000 Hz. Anything above that is inaudible. Anything below that is also inaudible except for the fact that we can feel frequencies below 20 Hz.
