Hello!

I will surely buy pair of heaphones for my PC soon, and I know quality headphones usually don't have volume control on the cord. This is quite annoying when they're plugged to your soundcard, because the only way to change the volume is using widows' volume control (which is hardly accessible when playing games for example). I thought an amplifier would do the job, but I'm not ready to spend more than 30€ on it. Do you have any ideas?

Thanks in advance.

Thank you. This looks like a good idea. I guess I can only reduce the initial voume of my headphones with an attenuator.
