I'm listening to Pop, Rock, Rap, Some electro
 
I thought of Colorfly C3 - would it be good for me (I need player for music only, I dont care of apps to some **** like that)

Honestly I'd get a Sansa Clip Plus and spend some money on a couple micro SD cards. Great no-frills players!

Colorfly C3 is a great player, you won't regret it IMHO ofcourse. Also keep an eye out for the coming Fiio X1, expected to be around 100 bucks

+1 for the C3. Great sound, good battery life, expandable memory, easy to use, and basic EQ.

By your definition, highres music flac as in 16bit or 24bit?
If i'm not mistaken C3 only plays 24bit in wav format. You could look into a 2nd hand FiiO X3 or top up your budget by another $50 for it. MP4nation sometimes offer an attractive package of a free IEM with their X3.
