I’m craving good quality and prominent treble - preferably a diffused frequency response - what do you recommend? Also Prefer a closed back. Price is no option. Thanks.

Sennheiser hd800. For closed back, look into any closed back offering from Beyerdynamic.
Do avoid the T5 (3rd Generation), though. It does not have prominent or quality treble; quite the opposite, actually.

@Halimj7 In the closed-back space, bright(er) headphones with good and prominent treble aren't common. I'd reckon that they are quite rare, in fact. However, there are some options with relatively neutral signatures that feature a quality treble presentation, such as the Kennerton Rögnir and the Dan Clark Audio Ether C Flow 1.1.

Not closed backed but, Utopias, SR1as, or probably a high end Stax

Closed back - Fostex TH900, Denon AH-D7200, Denon AH-D9200, open back - Stax 009, Audio Technica ATH-ADX5000, Final D8000 Pro, Hifiman HE1000se
semi open - Fostex TH909

open back? Beyerdynamic DT880 600 ohm
Closed back? Beyerdynamic T70 250 ohm or Sennheiser HD206 :stuck_out_tongue:

EDIT; headphones with small drivers emit smaller quantities of bass, so Sennheiser might be a good option for you (most of Sennheisers headphones have tiny 30mm drivers).
