Hi, I'm just curious about what ASIO and Crossfeed are? Is it something that will improve my sound?

I have an integrated RealTek-card at the moment.

ASIO will probably not work with your Realtek. It is a means to get bitperfect output from your computer and does improve SQ.

I like crossfeed others don't, try it with Foobar and see. Also search the forums as there have been alot of discussion about it. What it does is mix the L&R channels below a given frequency to give a more speaker-like presentation.

I just installed ASIO4all on my Realtek endowed pc and it works fine. I used the ASIO test signal generator with it to test as there is no outside indication it actually does anything. All working great.
