What is a good headphone to play games?

I love video games. I'm finding a good headphone to play League of Legends and PUBG but I'm a student. Then I just would like to ask which affordable headphone should I buy for playing games?

It might help to list a budget?
Assume you would plug the headphones directly into onboard audio (PC)?

If you have the budget for them (~$150) the Phillips X2HR is a nice step up from the SHP9500. The AKG K7XX series are also good.
