That one is good but it cost more than 1/2 of what the headphones I'm using it for cost (Quart QP45x).

No problem, just order an RS1 and get that adapter for free with it, kill 2 birds...

seriously... there is a sennheiser adapter for ~$8. Someone help me out with the product link.

If you get the rat shack one, inspect it regularly. The ring conductor can come loose and short out to the ground sleeve.

I can vouch for this one since I brought it for my AKG 701 when I had my HR Stack and it worked great. Now I have some because of the Grado purchases.
