Can anyone tell me what to order for this part?

I need to know what a 4.2R is (4.2 ohms?).
I need to know what a 22R is.
I need to know what a 1meg resistor is.

Its just what it looks like. 4.2Ohms, 22Ohms, 1 MOhms

R here is a placeholder when it's not k or M... it keeps the people drafting the app notes from adding a "missing" k.

In short, yes, 4.2R is 4.2 Ohms (and another way of writing it would be 4r2), and 1meg would be one MegaOhm.
