Well, long story short. I gave my brother my Marshmallows and now I am without any earphones for portable use. I'm wondering what headphones could be found in airport stores that would be worth buying. If you're wondering, I'll be at LAX and Incheon. Hit me with any ideas under 50 dollars.

Thanks, Jayon

I was traveling with a friend on SeaTac airport and found KSC-75 in one of the chain stores on the airport.

Beyond that, I know that if you wanted to swing higher, you could get Shure or Ultimate Ears lines at a store called InMotion Entertainment, if there is one of those on LAX. The only things I remember seeing on Incheon were Bose and Sony, but that was Pre-Head-Fi so things have probably changed there.

Thanks for the information. Too bad I already have the KSC-75's

Well I guess I'll have to check for myself and try not to get fleeced. I'll probably update my finds after I come back.

If your layover is long enough you would be better off catching a cab to a local electronics store for your purchase. Everything in an airport is WAY overpriced.

Yes.. I guess. But the flight is due to a family emergency and no time can be wasted. I think paying the premium of getting it in the airport would be worth it.

Also, the flight is tonight, and I knew about it just this morning.

I was at Atlanta Hartfield-Jackson last month and they actually have a vending machine with high-end IEMs in them. Can't remember the models, but there were $500+ good, Head-Fi, models in there. I was shocked.

LAX? Good luck. You'll probably find iBuds marked up to $80 in there. If you can get out to Santa Monica before you hit LAX, go visit the DXC Store. They're here:

Incheon has a selection of the cheaper Sennheisers, both normal and noice-cancelling. All stores there more or less carry the same assortment of electronics. Prices are a bit inflated, but if I remember correctly not too bad. I think I also saw the B&O earbuds (which got OK reviews), but that might have been on the airplane. You can buy them inflight if you fly Korean Air. Have a good flight.
