I am a small business owner; NOW is when customer retention should be high on the. priority list if not, number one.
I’m working through my nonsense with another manufacturer as we speak. We as a community should not be cottling these manufacturers or retailers they should be bending over backwards for us. For the price they charge, their service or quality must at the least be commiserate; I suspect if this (in general) continues and many more get burned a price correct will occur.
Don’t confuse this post w complaining about price. I’m complaining about customer service in this industry.
