Hi!
Some years ago, UM in the UK (only in the UK!) started to sell universal phones, called "2x" and "3x".
http://www.uniquemelody.co.uk/products/universal-range/um-2x-and-3x/
They quickly disappeared, though, and it was hard to find some more detailed information or reviews about them.
In 2015, UM released a series of univeral phones again - this time only in Japan.

Though a lot more expensive, the "low end" models seem to have a very similar driver combination as the 2x and 3x.
So I am wondering if the "Macbeth", for example, is identical to the "2x"?
Does anybody know?
By the way, the UM shop is "offline" for quite a long time now, due to "some changes in management". Does anybody know what happend and if they will ever be back to the European market?
Cheers!
