I joined head-fi around 10 years ago, and have been inactive for a while, but in my previous life I had quite a few post, and I see that those have been deleted somehow. Is this because of a migration to new forums?

Probably not.  Head-Fi crashed big a few years ago, before they changed to Huddler.  All of the links and search results to those years previous to the Big Crash are jumbled up.  Your posts probably still exist, but you may need to find them using a method other than the search tool.

I see. Thanks for the info. A google search reveals nothing, but there were no masterpieces of literature in there anyways.
