You can still use http://graphs.headphone.com , but you can't make combined graphs to compare e.g. the isolation of two headphones on the same graph chart.

What is the reason for the lack of the comparability option?

No idea, i haven't asked them either. But i expect that it will be available again after they get their new re-design up and running as it should. They still need to add text here and there and show graphs for each headphone on their product page.
The compare feature was on another page on the old headroom site, something under Product Measurements -> Build a graph. i haven't got the URL, perhaps it still exists. Graphs.headphone.com never offered a select+compare feature
