Be aware of the Meizu stuttering/skipping at end of track issue for gapless tracks encoded at > 128 kbps (see Meizume.com forums and Meizu forums on anythingbutipod.com).

I was considering a Meizu M3 before I went with the Sony NWZ-81x. The Sony sounds great. Not sure why anyone would get the Meizu over the Sony.

Why would you use such a format? FLAC has much wider support. dbpoweramp is great for batch converting, by the way.

i THINK iriver mp3s provide pretty warm sound than the others, and I would say u don't want to consider ipods without amp. I am looking at the Samsung P2 which is $199.99 for 4 GB and has a touch screen similar to ipod touch.
